抹茶販売再開について / Notice of the resumption of "Matcha" sales

長らくお待たせいたしました。多くのお客様よりご要望をいただいておりました「抹茶」の販売を、オンラインショップにて再開します。なお、原料調達や生産工程の都合上、抹茶の在庫には限りがございます。完売次第、販売を中止させていただくことがございます。予めご了承くださいますようお願い致します。

・販売開始日：2月24日（火）16:00〜
・販売場所：堀井七茗園オンラインショップ 　※販売ページはこちら
・発送時期：3月2日（月）より注文順に発送いたします。
（*お届けまでは最長約1ヶ月程度のお時間をいただきます。）

● 抹茶のご注文について

このたびの販売再開に伴い、抹茶のご注文について制限を設けさせていただくこととなりました。できるだけ多くのお客様に当園の抹茶をお届けするための苦渋の決断でございます。誠に勝手なお願いではございますが、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

・抹茶は合計7点まで（*それぞれの抹茶商品に注文上限数がございます）
・注文順に出荷いたしますが、お届けまでは最長約1ヶ月程度のお時間をいただきます。
・お届け日のご指定は致しかねます。
・同一顧客からの複数注文と当方で判断した場合（お名前・ご住所・メールアドレス等々）、予告なく注文キャンセルいたします。また、返金は致しかねます。

● Notice of the resumption of "Matcha" sales

Thank you for your patience. 

We are pleased to announce that matcha, which many of you have kindly requested, will once again be available through our online shop. 

Due to limitations in sourcing and production, quantities will be limited. Sales may end once items are sold out. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

・Release date: 24th February 16:00 ~　※Click Here
・Available at: Online Shop
・Shipping schedule: Shipments will begin on Monday, March 2, and will be processed in the order received. *Delivery may take up to approximately one month.

● About ordering matcha

With the resumption of sales, we have implemented order restrictions on matcha in order to make our products available to as many customers as possible. We appreciate your understanding.

・Matcha products are limited to a maximum of 7 items.
(Each matcha product has its own purchase limit.)
・Orders will be shipped on a first-come, first-served basis, and delivery is expected to take approximately one month.
・We are unable to accept requests for specific delivery dates.
・If we determine that there are multiple orders from the same customer (name, address, email address, etc.), we will cancel the order without notice. In addition, we will not provide refunds.
