[Seasonal Tea] Gyokuro Karigane Special Selection Tsubodashi Tea

The freshly harvested Gyokuro Aracha from May was carefully stored as it was in a low-temperature refrigerator. This autumn, it was brought out of cold storage and carefully finished.

The stems separated during the tea-sorting process are known as “Karigane.” Highly appreciated by tea connoisseurs, the natural sweetness of the stems adds an extra depth and richness to the flavor of the tea.

We have prepared a special selection of Gyokuro Karigane, carefully chosen by our tea master.
