It is a single origin of the new variety "Narino" born from the "Okunoyama" tea garden that has continued since the Muromachi period.
This variety is characterized by its strong sweetness, and it has been proven that it contains nearly twice as much theanine, the source of umami, as other matcha varieties. It has such a strong umami flavor that it is said to be delicious to drink on its own without sweets, and it has a full-bodied aroma and rich flavor that is hard to find in other varieties. Please enjoy the matcha that can only be tasted at our farm.
