長らくお待たせいたしました。多くのお客様よりご要望をいただいておりました「抹茶」の販売を、オンラインショップにて再開する運びとなりました。（※一部商品を除きます。）
私どもの抹茶は、厳選された茶葉を使用し、風味豊かで上品な味わいをお楽しみいただける自慢の一品でございます。心を込めてご用意しておりますので、ぜひこの機会にお求めくださいませ。
尚、原料調達や生産工程の都合上、抹茶の在庫には限りがございます。完売次第、販売を中止させていただくことがございます。予めご了承くださいますようお願い致します。

【抹茶のご注文について】
このたびの販売再開に伴い、抹茶のご注文について制限を設けさせていただくこととなりました。できるだけ多くのお客様に当園の抹茶をお届けするための苦渋の決断でございます。誠に勝手なお願いではございますが、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
・抹茶は各種5点まで（※一部商品は1点もしくは2点）、かつ合計5点までの数量に限ります。
・注文順に随時出荷いたしますが、お届けまで1ヶ月程度を予定しています。
・お届け日のご指定は致しかねます。
・同一顧客からの複数注文と当方で判断した場合（お名前・ご住所・メールアドレス等々）、予告なく注文キャンセルいたします。また、返金は致しかねます。

Notice of the resumption of "Matcha" sales
Thank you very much for your continued patronage.
We apologize for the long wait. We have received many requests from our customers, and we are pleased to announce that we will resume sales of "matcha" on our online shop. (*Some products are excluded.)
Our matcha is made using carefully selected tea leaves, and is a proud product that allows you to enjoy a rich and elegant taste. We have prepared it with care, so please take this opportunity to purchase it.
However, due to the procurement of raw materials and the production process, our stock of matcha is limited. Once sold out, we may stop selling it. Thank you for your understanding.
・Sales start date: 1st September, 16:00 ~

[About ordering matcha]
With the resumption of sales, we have decided to impose restrictions on orders for matcha. This is a difficult decision in order to deliver our matcha to as many customers as possible. We are asking for your understanding.
・Matcha is limited to 5 items of each type (some items are only 1 item or 2items), and the total quantity is limited to 5 items.
・We will ship in the order of orders, but it will take about 1 month for delivery.
・We cannot specify the delivery date.
・If we determine that there are multiple orders from the same customer (name, address, email address, etc.), we will cancel the order without notice. In addition, we will not provide refunds.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
Important Notice Regarding Shipments to the United States
Thank you very much for your continued support of our online shop.
We are pleased to announce that our sales will resume in September 2025.
However, we would also like to inform you of important changes regarding shipments to the United States. Until now, under the U.S. De Minimis rule (duty-free for imports under USD 800),
No customs duties were charged, and No customs payment notification emails were sent by carriers.
Starting August 29, 2025, however, this rule has been abolished. From this date, all shipments will be subject to customs clearance procedures, regardless of order value, and the following charges and steps will apply:
Customs duties will be imposed by U.S. Customs. For green tea (HS code 0902.10.9050), the basic duty rate is 0%, but under the new regulation, an IEEPA Reciprocal Tariff of 15% is expected to apply.
In addition, a Disbursement Fee of USD 17.00 or 2% of the advanced amount (whichever is higher) will be charged by the carrier (such as DHL) for advancing duties and taxes on your behalf.
Accordingly, you will receive a payment notification email from the carrier.
※ Please note: if this email is overlooked, your shipment may be held, resulting in delivery delays.
Payment is processed directly with the carrier and can be completed easily online.
Estimated Additional Charges (Examples)
・Order value JPY 15,000 (approx. USD 100): around JPY 4,800
・Order value JPY 20,000 (approx. USD 135): around JPY 5,500
・Order value JPY 30,000 (approx. USD 200): around JPY 7,000
In other words, approximately 25–30% of the order value may be charged as additional costs (duties + fees).
Disclaimer

However, please note the following:
・Tariff rates (e.g., whether 15% will uniformly apply to Japanese tea) are subject to change depending on U.S. government policy and ongoing trade negotiations.
・Carrier disbursement fees (USD 17 or 2%) may vary depending on the carrier’s own rules and future adjustments.
・Actual total costs (duties, fees, state taxes, etc.) may differ from the estimates provided above due to exchange rate fluctuations and carrier procedures.
Regulations are currently under review in U.S. courts, and there is a possibility of suspension or modification in the future.
Therefore, the final applicable duties and fees will be determined by U.S. Customs and the delivering carrier at the time of import. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
